Mr. Caldwell (M.A. Eastern Illinois University) teaches introductory classes in American Government and the Constitution (PLS 1153G), and he also has taught the introductory Comparative Politics course (PLS 1003). He joined the Department in the 2006-07 academic year following completing of his Master’s thesis on “An Issue of Extraordinary Circumstances: The House of Representatives and the Riddle of Drug Policy”.
