09-0833 – On Wednesday, 11/18/09, it was reported that a private property accident occurred near Pemberton Hall.

09-0835 – On Thursday, 11/19/09, Eric Lyons, 20, 1206 N. 33rd St., East St. Louis, MO was arrested at 3:05am at University Apartments.  He was charged with Domestic Battery and released to the custody of CCSO at 4:29am pending court appearance to determine bond.

09-0836 – On Wednesday, 11/18/09, a harassment report was made.  This incident was referred to the Office of Student Standards.

09-0837 – On Wednesday, 11/18/09, a disorderly conduct report was made in Lawson Hall.  This incident was referred to the Office of Student Standards.

09-0834 - On Wednesday, 11/18/09, it was reported that a red Hyundai was damaged while parked near Carman Hall.

09-0825 – On Saturday, 11/14/09, Donavon Henry, 18, 2207 9th St., Charleston, IL was arrested at 11:35 pm at Taylor Hall. He was charged with Domestic Battery and released to the custody of CCSO at 11:53 pm pending court appearance to determine bond. On, Sunday, 11/15/09, Kaira Sykes, 18, 1133 E. 83rd St., Chicago, IL was arrested at 12:55 am at Lincoln Hall.  She was charged with Domestic Battery and released to the custody of CCSO at 1:03 am pending court appearance to determine bond.

09-0826 – On Sunday, 11/15/09, it was reported by a third party that a domestic dispute had occurred.  This incident was referred to the Office of Student Standards.

09-0827 – On Saturday, 11/14/09, a cannabis complaint was made at Carman Hall.  This incident was referred to the Office of Student Standards.

09-0824 – On Saturday, 11/14/09, Mariano Moreno, 22, 5211 South Lorel, Chicago, IL was arrested at 2:16 am at 7th & Lincoln.  He was charged with Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and released to the custody of CCSO at 2:35 am pending $3000 bond.
