Governing Council
A new concept for Newman in the Fall of 1996. The idea is to create a new way for Newman to govern itself. Based on the small communities of faith, this allows for a broad based representation of the Newman Community. One representative from each small community of faith will sit on a Governing Council. This council will be the leadership voice for all things related to the life of the community. They will meet once a month. Below is the list of the reps for the 1996-97 academic year.
