Dear Prospective Vendor/Exhibitor:
It is with excitement and enthusiasm that we bring you greetings from Eastern Illinois University!
We are currently in the midst of planning for the 2008 Black Student Reunion. The reunion will be
Friday, October 31- Sunday, November 2, 2008 in Charleston, IL. To say the least we are planning
for this year’s event to be even better than the previous ones. Your participation will be an
important factor to ensure our goal becomes a reality. Please join us for this special event.
For the first time, we are planning a Black Expo 2008 for the EIU and the Charleston communities.
The Black Expo will be held in the University Ballroom of the Martin Luther King, Jr. University
Union on Friday, October 31- Saturday, November 1, 2008. We are charged with selecting a
variety of Vendors/Exhibitors who provide a wide array of quality merchandise. We are delighted
to extend an invitation for you to display your products/merchandise. This will be an opportunity
for you to promote new and/or existing products/merchandise, increase African American
awareness and loyalty to your products/merchandise and identify fellow Vendors/Exhibitors to do

information.
