For a list of pre-approved elective courses, click here. To be eligible for graduate credit, courses must be numbered 4750 or higher. Students completing the MBA with Accountancy Concentration must take electives with the prefix ACC. Beginning Fall 2010, students completing the Applied Management MBA Option must take one course from our pre-approved list. Students in the Applied Management MBA Option may take their second elective course from the list of pre-approved elective classes or may choose a course that is not on the pre-approved list of electives. Many of our students take electives in these program areas: CMN, COS, ECN, PLS, and TEC. In order to count a course that is not on the pre-approved list as an elective in the MBA Program, you need to obtain permission from the Coordinator of Graduate Business Studies before you take the course by completing the following steps:
