Membership Information and Form

General Membership Attendance Policy

In order to have documentation sent to the College of Education and Professional Studies that you attended a Math Energy meeting, you need to do the following:

1. Pay dues for Math Energy ($6 per semester).

  • For professional organization credit, join Math Energy and pay dues for ICTM ($15.00 a year) or NCTM ($38.00 per year).

    • 2. Attend at least 2 General Meetings per semester. You must stay for the full meeting at least 2 times a year, in addition to paying the dues each semester to be considered an active member.

    3. After the first meeting of each semester, check in at the registration table before each

    General Meeting.  Be sure all information about you on the attendance grid is accurate.

    If so, sign your full name on your line of the grid. If not, alert us to errors. It is your

    responsibility to verify that our attendance records are accurate.
