Saturday, August 13
12:00 PM Graduate Assistants, Drum Majors, and Student Staff Report to the Band Rehearsal Hall
Sunday, August 14
9:00 AM Drum Line and Guard members report to campus to move-in. Check-in to University Housing for Student Staff, Drum Line, and Guard member only begins. Remember to move-in early, get settled, have lunch with your family, etc.
12:00 PM Drum Line & Guard meet in the Band Rehearsal Hall for Orientation / Sectionals
5:00 PM Dinner for Student Staff, Drum Line, & Guard.
6:30 PM Sectionals and workshops continue
10:00 PM UNIFORM FITTING: Student Staff, Drum Line, & Guard
Monday, August 15 "FUELED by SPIRIT"
6:30 AM Breakfast at Thomas Hall
9:00 AM Full Panther Marching Band reports. Check-in to University Housing for Full Panther MarchingBand begins. Remember to move-in early, get settled, have lunch with your family, and thencheck-in for Pre-Season Camp! Drum Line & Guard Sectionals continue.
12:00 PM Check-in for Pre-Season Camp begins. Pick up information, merchandise, instruments. Students living in University-owned or privately certifiedhousing should move-in AFTER 9 AM and check-in to Doudna later in the day. Lunch at Taylor Hall for Drum Line & Guard
1:30 PM Percussion, Guard, & Pink Panthers meet for sectionals.
4:45 PM Full Panther Marching Band report to DFAC. Student Staff will lead the way to dinner.
5:00 PM Dinner…Meet and eat with your section!
6:00 PM General meeting of ALL Panther Marching Band personnel and staff in the Band Rehearsal Hall. Instruments and music needed for sectionals (at 7:00 PM), but not at this meeting.
6:30 PM Sectional rehearsal. Section leaders will take attendance and rehearse music. Rehearsal rooms will be announced prior to sectionals. Focus of tonight's sectional will cover: Getting to know sections, PMB warm-ups, Pre-game music (Fanfare, Eastern State March, Alma Mater, Salute to America, SSB, Hot Time)
8:30 PM All Winds report to the Band Rehearsal Hall for ensemble rehearsal. Drum-line, Guard, Pinks report to the band room at 9:50 PM for announcements
10:00 PM UNIFORM FITTING: Seniors and Juniors
Tuesday, August 16 "UNRIVALED IN ENERGY"
6:30 AM Breakfast at Tower Dining
9:00 AM Drill rehearsal at Tarble Field. PMB Fundamentals Rehearsal. Always bring instruments, music, drill, and pencils. Wear protective clothing, sunscreen, water bottles, and proper shoes. NO SANDALS. We will be doing physical warm-ups during this block, so bring a towel if you do not want to sit on the ground. All standing and moving fundamentals the PMB way will be done during this time.
12:00 PM Lunch at Tower Dining
1:30 PM Winds in full rehearsal in Band Room. Percussion/Guard/Pinks in sectionals.

2:00 PM Sectionals
3:00 PM Continue onto large or small sectionals
3:30 PM Full Band rehearsal in the Large Rehearsal Hall

NOTE: Graduate Students will be excused for Placement Exams in Theory which take place at 9am and History at 1pm on Wednesday.
Wednesday, August 17"BUILT ON TRADITION"

9:00 AM Drill rehearsal at Tarble Field. PMB Fundamentals Rehearsal. Always bring instruments, music, drill, and a pencil. Wear protective clothing, sunscreen, water bottles, and proper shoes. NO SANDALS. We will be doing physical warm-ups during this time, so bring a towel if you do not want to sit on the ground. Review of fundamentals and reviewing/cleaning/continue Pre-Game
12:00 PM Lunch at Tower Dining
1:30 PM Full Band Rehearsal in Large Rehearsal Hall. Percussion/Guard/Pinks in sectionals

NOTE: For the next two days, students will be excused without penalty for: required college meetings, appointments with counselors, working out scheduling problems, registration, auditions, and other academic related responsibilities. Report all anticipated absences for these obligations to both the Graduate Assistant in charge of attendance and Section Leaders. Work, Fraternity and sorority activities are not excused.
Thursday, August 18 "FOREVER EASTERN"

3:30 PM "Eastern Sights and Sounds Performance" for all transfer and freshman students
