Office 2000 with SR-1
- If you are not sure if you have Office 2000 with SR-1, open Word,
click on Help and click on About
Microsoft Word.
- If you only see Microsoft Word 2000 and no reference to SR-1, you
need to load it.
- A CD with the SR-1 files needed is available at the Help Desk.
Hardware requirements To load Office 2000, you will need the following. If your EIU tag number
is 124 xxx or higher, the computer should be adequate.
- 75MHz processor or higher
- Operating System:
- Microsoft Windows 95 or higher
- Windows NT 4.0 SP-3 or higher
- Windows 2000
- Memory requirements:
- Windows 95/98: 16Mb for operating
system plus an additional 4Mb for each application (Word, Excel
or PowerPoint) running simultaneously AND 8Mb for Outlook and Access.
- Windows NT 4.0: 32Mb for operating
system plus an additional 4Mb for each application (Word, Excel
or PowerPoint) running simultaneously AND 8Mb for Outlook and Access.
- Hard Drive requirements:
- Can vary depending on what applications you install.
- 217Mb for Disk 1 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Outlook and Access)
- PLUS 174Mb for Disk 2 (Publisher, Small Business Tools)
- CD-ROM drive
- Super VGA Monitor
- Microsoft mouse or compatible pointing device
