The Contact Person must be willing and able to create the profiles needed for the Outlook client in order to use the Exchange Server once Outlook training is completed. Clear instructions on how to create a profile will be provided by e-mail from ITS.

The Contact Person will need to get the computer ready by installing the required software listed in the next two steps if needed.
