The Gregg Triad Computer Lab has PCs, Macintoshes
and three ADA-compliant computers for use by the university community.
This lab contains general purpose microcomputers, printers and general
use software (including word processing, spreadsheets and Web browser
capabilities.) Specialized software is available in this lab to
assist in the support of discipline specificity.
The goal of this lab is to provide the students, faculty, staff
and alumni the best possible services available in a computer lab
environment. Lab staff provides the following services:
- Assistance with computer software packages, operating systems
and data inquiries for academic purposes.
- Backup assistance to the ITS Help Desk
- Assistance to other academic labs by providing the following:
- Technical hardware and software support
- Diagnostic services
- Recommending hardware and software for lab use
