Refunds for a pre-payment of 3 or 2 nights that becomes a one or two night stay due to not qualifying must be done by 4pm on Thursday or Friday in order to get a one or two night refund.  To get a refund please go to the Residence Hall Front Desk by 4pm to turn in a slip to request a refund.  Refund checks will then be mailed to the address provided.

1. Check-in begins for Class A teams at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday at Taylor Hall. Class AA and AAA check-in begins Thursday at 1:00 p.m. Room and building assignments will be given at check-in. For the 2009 meets athletes and coaches will be assigned to Taylor, Thomas, Lawson, Andrews, Lincoln, Carman and Weller Halls. Campus Map

2. Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Officials check in at Douglas Hall. News media and spectators check in at McKinney Hall. Room and building assignments will be given at check-in. For the 2009 meets officials will be assigned to Douglas Hall. Spectators and media will be assigned to McKinney and Ford Halls. Campus Map

3. Check-out is one hour after the conclusion of finals on Saturday.

4. Please note: Due to renovations we will not be assigning Stevenson Hall or University Court Apartments.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS:

Eastern Illinois University can be accessed through exit 190A on Interstate 57. From I-57, follow Route 16 east for approximately 7 miles. Route 16 becomes Lincoln Avenue when you reach Charleston. For lodging requests or questions, please call 217-581-5111 or 217-581-5633.

• Athletes and their coaches check in at Taylor Hall.
• To get to Taylor Hall, from Lincoln Avenue, turn south on 4th street, go to the first stop sign and proceed south approximately 2 blocks. Taylor Hall will be the fifth building on your left after the stop sign. Parking is available in all surrounding lots, no permit required.
• Officials check in at Douglas Hall.
• To get to Douglas Hall, from Lincoln Avenue, turn south on 4th street, go to the first stop sign and turn right onto Grant street. Douglas Hall is to your immediate left. Parking is available in all surrounding lots, no permit required.
• News Media and Spectators check in at McKinney Hall.
• To get to McKinney Hall, from Lincoln Avenue, turn south on 4th, go to the first stop sign and proceed south approximately 1 block. Mckinney Hall is the second building on your left after the stop sign.
