Caring for an aging family member or supporting someone who is a caregiver is a challenge that many of us will face at some time during our life. This is often a task that falls to us without the time or resources we need to prepare.
In this series — offered through the collaboration of The School of Continuing Education and HR's Office of Training and Development — we examine a wide variety of topics such as balancing work and life, reviewing caring facilities, maintaining your health and vitality, decisions about long-term care, and grief support.
Caregivers programs are scheduled monthly during the lunch hour. Programs are advertised in the University Newsletter and on the Office Training and Development registration website. To view or register for any caregiver’s support program, please visit our registration website.
