- New hire/promotion rates.
- Annual increase implementation, including salary modeling.
- Job evaluation/pay ranges.
- Classification specification revisions.
- Performance evaluation.
- Labor market information/analyses.
- Bargaining unit bases (used in negotiations).
- Fair Labor Standards Act (exempt positions, overtime, hours worked, travel interpretations).
- Exemption requests/recommendations.
