University Court Summer Application
Rates
Summer rates range from $473 to $519/month based on apartment assignment. This amount can be divided by the number of students in the apartment. Terms of residence must be 6 weeks or longer.
Eligibility
To be eligible for summer housing at University Court you need to sign up for your classes and prior to reserving a unit for summer school we need:
1) Completed U Court Application, click here
2) Completed Ameren-CIPS Application,
3) Copy of state ID and Social Security card,
Check or money order for $50 non-refundable application fee made payable to Eastern Illinois University.
