Submitting this electronically does NOT confirm your event. Your room must be booked with the Campus Scheduling office 217/581-3861. All Cancellations need to be submitted by email 72 hours in advance.

1. A contract will be sent to you for review.
2. Please verify that everything is correct and return the contract with the fiscal agents signature before your event date.
3. Please refer to the Catering Guide for event decoration options.
4. Although we cannot guarantee all special diet requests will be honored, we will do our very best to work with you to ensure your guests have a pleasant experience.
