Located on-site in each university-operated housing building/complex are residential mailboxes and outgoing U.S. Postal Service mailboxes. Additionally, residents have the option of using the university's free campus mail service that delivers mail to and from on-campus locations Monday through Friday - excluding holidays.

Mail is delivered to University Housing facilities each day, except Sundays and U.S. Postal Service Holidays. The mailbox combination or key is issued to students at the time of check-in. Those students who have roommates will share the mailbox with their roommates.
