Students at the Awards Day Ceremony were recognized for graduating with University Honors status or Departmental Honors status. Along with the graduates were other students receiving private and Continuing Student Scholarships.
Faculty and staff also attended the ceremony to recognize both students and the
2008 Distinguished Honors Faculty Award recipient, Dr. Parley Ann Boswell.

Friend of the Honors College
We would like to thank Ms. Rachael Smerz for her hard work and dedication to
making the ceremony run smoothly. We could not have done it without her!
After the ceremony, guests were invited to help themselves to refreshments.
The Honors College Staff worked very hard making the origami that made up the centerpieces.
Congratulations graduating seniors and award recipients! Job well done.
