research necessary. Above all, are enthusiastic about their subject, and
understanding of the designer's role.

Courtney Leestma and Megan MacGregor
Contribute to the brief and undertake any preliminary programming and/or
feasibility study. Produce/supervise the production of working drawings,
specifications, tender documents and develop construction budget. Run
the design review meetings. Supervise production and installation. |

EDUCATOR:
Sharon Schreur
Contributes special knowledge on educational aspects of both the subject
and the exhibition to the brief. Plans for the educational use of the
exhibition and devises associated teaching materials. Suggests and researches
collections possibilities and works with collections personnel and Designer
to locate, protect and install collections or objects on loan. Writes
label copy.

PHOTOGRAPHERS/WEB
DESIGNERS: Nelia Cromley and Katie Gillen
Photograph or scan all two dimensional graphics for inclusion in the exhibit.
Use digital camera primarily for artifact record keeping and FPO in design
drawings. Work with graphic designer to produce camera-ready artwork.
Keep a photographic record of the exhibit development process as well
as shots of the exhibit after the installation. Put images on the HA homepage
as exhibit progress is made. Work with Designer to design the page layout.

REGISTRARS:
Michelle Burton and Jason White
Keep track of the exhibit artifact list and fill
out information on object data sheets. Make arrangements for loans and
keep files of all paperwork. Manage artifact location and condition reports.
Photograph or work with photographer to record artifacts on exhibit. Set
up schedule for traveling exhibits and sometimes accompany the exhibit.
Coordinate the installation of objects in the exhibit. |
