Rights History Conference

Lynne Curry served as chair and commentator for two panels at a conference on the history of constitutional rights sponsored by San Francisco State University, September 18-19.  The panels featured recent scholarship exploring new perspectives on the history of bodily autonomy rights, including compulsory vaccination laws, constitutional protections for parents who choose faith healing over traditional medicine, and litigation strategies using the Americans with Disabilities Act.
