Males - $30 (for all tests)
Females w/ PAP - $45 (for all tests) w/o PAP - $30 (for all tests)
Types of Tests for Men:
Chlamydia - swab test
Gonorrhea – swab test
Syphilis – blood test (upon request)
Hepatitis – blood test (upon request)
Types of Tests for Women:
Trichomonas - swab test for women
Herpes – through pap or inspection for women
HPV – pap or inspection for women
Hepatitis – blood test upon request
Syphilis-blood test upon request
Yeast – swab
Bacterial Vaginosis (BV) - Swab
* will make referrals to Public Health Department for HIV testing because it is FREE and CONFIDENTIAL

* Encouraged to go to Family Planning Clinic to receive flat fee. If refuse, separate fees.
*will make referrals to other clinics if they do not have available resources
