Sexual Health What does it mean to be sexually healthy? Sex is associated with a lot of pleasant things - being in love, feeling attractive, getting pregnant, having orgasms, and being cool. Sex is also associated with a lot of unpleasant things - sexually transmitted infections (STIs), shallow relationships, getting pregnant, and feeling guilty. It's up to you to avoid what you don't want. Getting what you want from sex depends on you. Communicating and taking responsibility for protecting both yourself and your partner will significantly increase your chances of having great sex.
