Healthy Cooking is a series of cooking classes throughout the year that feature different themes, cooking techniques, and aspects of proper nutrition. Registration is required for each event. This program combines both lecture and hands-on experience in the kitchen. No kitchen or nutrition experience is required and the best part is you get to eat what you make! Don’t hesitate to sign up for the sessions, as each class fills up fast.
