This program combines both lecture and hands-on experience in the kitchen. No kitchen or nutrition experience is required and the best part is you get to eat what you make! Registration is required; please click on the date to sign up for the session you wish to attend. Don’t hesitate to sign up for the sessions, as each class fills up quickly!
