Julie Huck - Health Intern

Hi everyone! My name is Julie and I'm a student volunteer here at the Health Education Resource Center.  I devote most of my time at the HERC by helping out with the Rubber Lovers Program, but I am always ready and willing to help out with other programs as well.

I am from Barrington, Illinois and am currently a sophomore at Eastern Illinois University.  My major is nursing but I hope to specialize in either midwifery or in the sexual health field.  I'm involved in several fraternities as well as a sorority which takes up most of my time, but when I am free I enjoy spending time with my friends and relaxing.

I'm very glad to be involved with the HERC and everything they are doing for the students at EIU.  It has been an amazing experience to help out here and I have learned so much that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.
