2008-2009 Health Service Health Education Resource Center Available Graduate Assistantships

The Eastern Illinois University Health Service offers several graduate assistantships through its Health Education Resource Center.  Individuals selected for these positions assist the Health Service's Associate Director in the planning, implementation and evaluation of health education and promotion programs, presentations and interventions. As a result of their serving the Health Service Graduate Assistants 19.5 hours a week, they in turn receive a monthly stipend of $850 plus a tuition waiver.  Selected applicants are asked to begin their appointments on or shortly after May 16, in order to allow them to become orientated to the field of health education, as well as begin planning and implementing program initiatives for the fall semester.
