Appointment Guidelines

  • Certain appointments have charges associated (see below)
  • Missed appointments will be charged to your university account (one rescheduled appointment/semester allowed at no additional charge)
  • Changes/Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance

  • Pap Exam-$40
  • Pap Plus-$45
  • S.T.I. testing, counseling & treatment-$30 (GU Aftercare-Gonorrhea/Chlamydia Information)
  • Pregnancy Testing-$10 (when not medically indicated)
  • Urinary Tract infection testing and treatment (UTI Information)
  • Testing/treatment for common vaginal infections (Non-sexually transmitted vaginal infections-BV)
  • Contraception (oral contraceptives, The Patch, The Ring, Depo-Provera, diaphragms, condoms)
  • Breast Exams
  • Treatment of external genital warts, HPV
  • Emergency Contraception-Plan B (Plan B Information)


Women's Health Education

  • Contraceptive Counseling
  • Understanding Women's Health (Power Point presentation)
  • Completion of a Contraceptive Class that discusses pelvic exams, contraceptives,S.T.I.'s and breast examinations is required prior to a women's health exam and for contraceptive prescription
  • S.T.I. prevention, screening, and information
  • Annual women's health appointment and counseling regarding pap smear results
  • The Health Education Resource Center (HERC) also offers numerous resources on various aspects of women's health care.
