Immunizations

Allergy Injections

  • $40.00 administration fee per semester (includes antigen storage, needles, syringes, and administration)
  • Patient provides antigens/dose instructions and schedules appointments
  • 15 - 30 minute stay for patient observation after injections are given
  • Patient must have a nurse check injection site(s) prior to leaving

Tuberculosis (TB) Testing

  • Food Service employees - 1-step
  • Child Care classes - 2-step
  • Student Teaching - 90 days prior to student teaching
    • Pre-K 2-step
    • K-12 1-step
  • International students - Quantiferon (TB Gold)
  • $5 re-testing charge when TB test is not read within required time period
  • Education/Treatment regimens provided for positive TB skin test reactors
