Services Offered:

• X-Rays - $20 per exam when ordered by a staff physician ($5 per x-ray film copy)
  
• Electrocardiograms (ECG or EKG) - $30 per visit

Services Not Covered by Fees:

• X-rays or special procedures ordered by a Health Service physician that are scheduled with outside facilities. (Contact your insurance provider for payment coverage)
