Cooperative Agreement for Students Visiting the EIU Campus

Illinois Consortium of Student Health Programs Announces An Intergovernmental Cooperative Agreement For Student Health Care April 14, 1997      

In an effort to increase accessibility of health services to Illinois college students, the Illinois Consortium of Student Health Programs is announcing its agreement to provide same day or urgent care health services to students who are visiting other participating campuses. To be eligible for these services, the visiting student must be enrolled in the health care plan at their own institution and must present a valid student ID. Charges for same day or urgent care services will be assessed at the rate of the campus at which the student is receiving treatment.
The following campuses are participating in this plan:

• Chicago State University
• Eastern Illinois University
• Illinois State University  
• Southern Illinois University at Carbondale  
• Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville
• University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign
• Western Illinois University
