Dr. Marleis Trover, associate professor and department chair, currently serves as the coordinator for the graduate program in educational leadership. The graduate program offers a Master of Science in Education in Educational Administration and a Specialist's Degree in Educational Administration.

Dr. Trover's teaching and research interests are in the areas of school finance and funding; curriculum and instruction; and supervision and enhancement of professional performance.  Dr. Trover earned her doctorate from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale.

Admission to the graduate program in educational leadership requires an application to The Graduate School as well as an additional application to the Department of Educational Leadership. Please contact Dr. Trover or visit the program's website for program admission criteria.
