Mary Caroline Simpson, Ph.D.
Mary Caroline Simpson, associate professor of art, currently serves as the graduate program’s coordinator of graduate study. The graduate program offers a Master of Arts in Art as well as an option in art education and community arts. Dr. Simpson's research and teaching focuses on American art, modernist art, history and theory of art collecting, and the history of art museums. She received her doctorate from Indiana University.
Admission to the graduate program in art, with or without the art education option, requires an application to the Graduate School as well as an additional application to the
