Student Health Insurance Waver: 2011-2012 Academic Year
It is possible to obtain a waiver from the plan. However, this action should be considered only after careful study of the brochure and consultation with the Student Health Insurance Office staff.
International students must obtain an International Student Waiver Form from the Student Insurance Office.
