    Our area is responsible for the administration of the Student Health Insurance Plan which includes the Athletic Insurance Program. We collect and process claims, maintain insurance records and process waiver and reinstatement forms. If you have any questions regarding the Student Health Insurance Program, please call us - (217) 581-5290 or email us.

    		  

    "The Student Health Insurance Office is located in the Student Services Building, Financial Aid Office, second floor, east wing.
    As an insured student, your health insurance provides 24 hour coverage wherever you are located at the time of injury or illness. Our office provides full service from the initial date of filing your claim to the adjudication of benefits. Privacy and confidentiality at all times are guaranteed by our highly trained staff.
    To request an Insurance Brochure, please call our office at (217)581-5290. We are open from 8:00 to 4:30. Also check out our new on-line links!"
