Guidelines:

  1. Requests made from student organizations will only be accommodated if the organization is registered with EIU's Student Life Office.
  2. No off-campus events will be posted.
  3. Announcement must be relevant to students, faculty staff.
  4. Items must be turned in at least one full business day before the requested date for display. Items will be posted in the order they are received.
  5. If any information on the form is unclear the announcement will not be posted, so please be neat. Items may be abbreviated to conserve space.
