The School of Family and Consumer Sciences is accredited by the American Association of Family and Consumer Sciences. The School prepares students to improve the global society through its life span perspective with an applied integrative focus on individual and family development, nutrition and health, consumer studies, merchandising, apparel and textile design and hospitality management.
During the 2014-15 academic year, the School of Family and Consumer Sciences awarded over $20,000.0 in scholarships to our students!

Teacher Certification is provided through the School of Technology, Career and Technical Education, with an emphasis in Family and Consumer Sciences.
