The Academic Thriving Through Teamwork Fair will culminate the orientation sessions for new faculty, and is also open to current faculty. Various colleges and constituents will provide new and current faculty an intensive overview of the types of resources available to them. Based on the holistic model of “Promoting the Whole Professor while providing Teaching, Research and Service,” the fair will be arranged thematically according to the five strands of this motto: physically fit, mentally ready, emotionally healthy, scholarly prepared and socially engaged. In addition, the participants will be able to meet with the Deans of the academic colleges to discuss various programming opportunities within their colleges. This event will close with Karaoke at 4:30pm at AJ’s Restaurant.
