   Last day for students planning to enroll in ENG 5950 during summer or fall 2012 to submit thesis prospectus

   Last day for students to submit independent study proposal for summer or fall 2012

   Deadline to drop course for eight-week term with no grade

   Final day for Graduate Coordinator to file Certificate of Comprehensive Knowledge for a graduating student (MA thesis defense or oral exam must have been completed successfully)

   Graduate student/faculty social (5:00-6:30 pm), home of the graduate director
