Tim Taylor teaches writing, rhetoric, writing center theory and practice, and composition theory and pedagogy. His research and teaching interests span various aspects of Composition/Rhetoric: argumentation, classical rhetoric, professional writing, composition theory and pedagogy, writing center theory and practice, writing across the curriculum, civic engagement, service learning pedagogy, and writing program administration. His work has appeared in College English, WPA: Writing Program Administration, and Teaching English in the Two-Year College. He is the author of the Instructor's Manual for Writing Arguments, (7th & 8th editions), and he is writing a basic writing textbook with a colleague.
