What Else Do I Need to Know?
It is extremely important for the Pink Panther team to function as a cohesive group. This means communication, commitment and dedication. Whenever possible, decisions are made using a democratic system; however, there are decisions that must be made by the coach and captains. Decisions are made thoughtfully for the betterment of the team. Each Pink Panther team member must be willing to accept these decisions and be willing to cooperate with the designated leaders of the team.

Pink Panthers continue their dance training and conditioning during the summer and year to avoid injury and maintain/enhance skills and techniques. Several different types of music and dance genres are performed throughout the year. A healthy lifestyle is supported and encouraged in order to have a great Pink Panther team experience through weekly conditioning and nutrition programs. Increasingly, the EIU Pink Panther Dance Team is asked to be present at several athletic fundraisers, community events, and campus projects.
