First-Class Mail Including Postcards Paid at the Card Rate

Postcards paid at the card rate under DMM C100 are returnable only if a return address is placed in the upper left corner of address area or the upper left corner of the postcard, as appropriate. If no return address appears as described, then UAA postcards paid at the card rate are not returnable, and are disposed of by the USPS.

Standard Mail matter is forwardable only to domestic addresses.
Weighted Fee used only when returning pieces endorsed"Address Service
Requested" or "Forwarding Service Requested."
