Bill Information Bill Number: HB0574 Title: Social Security Number Protection Task Force Sponsor: Munson (R) Location: Chaptered Summary: Amends the Social Security Number Protection Task Force Act. Requires the task force to explore the technical and procedural changes that are needed in order to implement a unique identification number system to replace the use of social security numbers. Provides that the task force shall also include one member representing the Office of the State Comptroller, appointed by the Comptroller, and one member representing school administrators, appointed by the State Superintendent of Education.
