School Practicum and Internship Information
1. Only one internship site at a time unless you are doing all 600 hours in one semester.
2. If you are employed in a school, (i.e. teacher), you cannot do internship/practicum in the same school.
However, you can do your internship/practicum in a different building.
3. Choose three schools, in order of preference, for your practicum/internship from the list provided.
4. TLC is good for practicum. The department recommends doing your internship at a traditional educational
setting.

6. Evaluations
a.) Student-evauation by supervisor
-At mid-term and end of the semester, all practicum and internship students will be evaluated by the
site supervisor.
-Practicum: Provide a black form to your supervisor
-Internship: Debbie will send forms to your site supervisor
b.) Site supervisor evauation by student
c.) Site evaluation by student
d.) Site supervision survey
e.) Exit survey by last semester internship students
