"The 21st Century Community Learning Centers Program." A grant co-written for Julie Baumberger on behalf of three rural school districts. November, 1998 ($1,263,000 over three years). This grant supports after-school and summer programs for K-8 students.

Fund Raising

Secured $15,000 scholarship on behalf of Lela Schaaf to support graduate students in Student Affairs.

Secured $10,000 gift toward an annual lecture series, March 15, 1997.

Member of South Dakota State University's Academic Advisory Committee for 50,000,000 Visions Campaign.
