Dr. Farber earned her B.S. from Cornell University, her M.S. from the University of Pennsylvania, and her Ph.D. from Ball State University. Her personal and professional mission is to help human beings--of all ages--find their paths, overcome challenges and fears, and develop a sense of belonging and purpose in the world. Her current teaching, research and creative work focuses on the development of school counselor self-confidence, mental health stigma and help-seeking behavior, existential issues, cultural awareness, and consciousness building through self-reflection, self-expression and group process. Dr. Farber is a big John Lennon fan and believes, "all you need is love."
