As a student within the Department of Early Childhood, Elementary and Middle Level Education , you are probably eligible for a number of program-specific scholarships at Eastern Illinois University. Scholarships awarded through the Department of Early Childhood, Elementary and Middle Level Education are available for application on December 1 of each calendar year and must be submitted by February 1.
