Application for Graduation Information

If you are only completing Type 75 Certification (you have a previous Master’s degree) and are not obtaining a second Master’s degree please do not complete the Application for Graduation.

All individuals wanting to apply for State Certification (Type 75 or the Superintendent’s Endorsement) must complete the following materials:
