Wendy Williamson
Director of Study Abroad
|
Wendy
Williamson is the Director of Study Abroad and has helped thousands of
students travel overseas. She holds a M.A. in Counselor Education:
Administration of College Student Affairs and a B.A. in Communication
and Culture. Wendy completed two assignments (four years) with the US
Peace Corps in West Africa and South America. In her passtime, Wendy
loves to write and travel. She is the author of Study Abroad 101 Wendy manages all operations of the Office of Study Abroad. |

Farhan Aziz
|
Farhan graduated from Clemson University in South Carolina with a Masters degree in Counselor Education: Student Affairs in May 2007. He also has a Bachelors of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering which he also got from Clemson in May 2005. During his graduate studies, he worked in the Study Abroad office as a graduate assistant. In addition to his graduate assistantship, he has worked in Student Judicial Affairs, Orientation, the Academic Success Center, and Housing. Farhan has lived in Bahrain, Pakistan, and Saudi Arabia. Farhan coordinates the daily operations in the Office of Study Abroad. |

Kelly Kawa |
Kelly is a first year graduate student in the College Student Affairs program. She obtained her Bachelors in Communcation Studies with a focus on Public Relations from Eastern Illinois University. Kelly studied abroad during the Fall 2008 semester in Rockhampton, QLD, Australia. While abroad, she worked in the marketing department of Central Queensland University & participated in various PR campaigns to help the Rockhampton community. Kelly is a big Chicago Bears & Hawks fan & in her spare time she enjoys hanging out with her friends, watching movies, & doing anything that involves being outdoors. She hopes to intern abroad this summer. |

Angie Norris

Angie is earning a dual degree in Foreign Languages and Elementary Education with a Middle School endorsement. In the Spring of 2008, she studied abroad at CIDEF in Angers, France. She has traveled to Spain, Italy, England, the Netherlands, Greece, and and Germany. She would like to travele to Austria, Croatia, and Morocco. After graduation, Angie hopes to acquire a Middle School teaching position in English, Social Studies, or even French. During her spare time, which is not often, she loves to travel, read, cook, watch movies, and meet new people

Betsy Pardo

Betsy is a Special Education and Elementary Education major. In the Spring of 2007, she studied abroad at the University of Winchester in Winchester, England. During that semester she had the opportunity to travel throughout Europe and was able to visit Greece, Italy, France, and Germany. In her spare time she likes to read, travel, and spend time at coffee shops. After she graduates from EIU she hopes to find a teaching job relatively close to home. Betsy conducts presentations and helps students find programs that fit their wants/needs. |

Stephani Pescitelli

Stephani
is a junior studying Environmental Biology and writing. In 2007 she
studied Marine Ecology in the Bahamas and spent the following Fall
semester in Maastricht, the Netherlands. Outside of school she enjoys
reading, writing, traveling, and being outdoors. After graduating she
hopes to take some time to travel and work on organic farms abroad
before attending graduate school. |

Amy Eyman

Amy
is a freshmen Middle Education Major. This is her first semester here
at EIU. She loves to play soccer and watch football and basketball. She
plans on becoming an elementary teacher one day. |
