The University Food Court, located in the MLK, Jr. University Union, consists of Chick-fil-A®, Charleston Market, Panther Grille, Connie's Pizza®, and Subway®, all of which accept cash, checks, chip money and Dining Dollars. We welcome your comments!

The Panther Grille features Mexican dishes every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Tuesday's and Thursday's feature The Greek Odyssey menu consisting of Beef or Chicken Gyros, Spanakopita, and other Mediterranean dishes. A serve yourself salad bar is available from 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Monday - Thursday.
The Panther Grille also offers a rotating Blue Plate Special menu from 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. To view the current menu, click here.
Rounding out the diverse dining selections in the University Food Court are a variety of Grab-N-Go items including:
Fresh Express Salads, Sushi, Naked and Pom Juices, Starbucks, Soy milk, homemade parfaits, as well as a variety of snack items. There are also soup and chip or soup and sandwhich specials.

Each day Subway employees bake fresh bread and cookies so that their customers get the quality that has come to be expected from anything connected to the Subway name. They offer an array of deli-style sandwiches, wraps, salads, cookies and chips.

The Charleston Market now offers Breakfast Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. Specializing in pancakes, biscuits and gravy, breakfast sandwiches, french toast sticks, steak and eggs and other specialty breakfast entrees.
The Charleston market at 10:30 a.m. begins serving hamburgers, veggie burgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, and student selected weekly burger specials.
Connie's Pizza makes personal 8" and 12" pizzas, and offers a wide variety of appetizers. They offer a 12" pizza and 2 drink special.
