	Panther Grille & Greek Odyssey Cafe The Panther Grille features Mexican dishes every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Tuesday's and Thursday's feature The Greek Odyssey menu consisting of Beef or Chicken Gyros, Spanakopita, and other Mediterranean dishes. The Panther Grille also offers a rotating Blue Plate Special menu from 11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Monday - Thursday, 11:00 a.m. -2:00 p.m. Friday. To view the current menu, click here.
