Healthy-Shake

Ingredients: 

½ Cup Soy Milk (any flavor)

½ Cup Fat-Free Frozen Yogurt (any flavor)

½ Cup Ice

Handful of marshmallows

Dash of chocolate sprinkles

 

 

Directions:

Blend the fat-free frozen yogurt with the soy milk.  Pour into a glass and top with a dash of chocolate sprinkles and a handful of marshmallows.
