Counseling and Student Development

The Department of Counseling and Student Development houses two master's degree programs:

M.S. in Counseling

Our M.S. in Counseling is a "First Choice" 60-hour program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Counseling and Related Programs (CACREP). Students can pursue an emphasis in either Clinical Mental Health Counseling resulting in License Professional Counseling (LPC) or School Counseling resulting in K-12 Certification in School Counseling (Type 73).

M.S. in College Student Affairs

The M.S. in College Student Affairs (CSA) is a "First Choice" 48 hours degree program that provides a dynamic curriculum for students interested in leadership careers in the field of student affairs in higher education.
